Sega Pro CD

Sega Pro CD ran for fourteen issues alongside issues 37-50 of Sega Pro. Sega Pro CD and the regular Sega Pro were internally identical; the only differences between the two magazines were: (i) Sega Pro CD came with a cover-mounted demo disc, (ii) Sega Pro CD was more expensive (due to the cover-mounted demo disc), and (iii) the two magazines had different cover-designs. Interestingly, the first three issues of Sega Pro CD were numbered issues 1, 2, and 3, but the fourth issue was numbered “issue 40” (so as to be consistent with the regular Sega Pro). From the fourth issue (“issue 40”) onwards, Sega Pro CD carried the same issue number as the corresponding issue of the regular Sega Pro.
